No, absolutely not. We only request read-only API permissions from your exchange accounts. We cannot and will never execute trades, withdraw funds, or make any changes to your account. You maintain full control over your cryptocurrency assets at all times.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are Firebase (for push notifications) and OpenAI (for AI processing, using anonymized data only). We never share your personal information, email, or API keys with anyone.
How can I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at agent@crypto-ai-advisor.com. We will permanently delete your account, API keys, and all personal data within 30 days of your request.
What if I suspect a security breach?

What if my exchange isn't supported?

How do I set up my Binance API key?
To set up your Binance API key: 1) Log into your Binance account, 2) Go to API Management, 3) Create a new API key with "Enable Reading" permissions only, 4) Copy the API key and secret, 5) Enter them in the app settings. Never enable trading or withdrawal permissions.
Why is my portfolio not updating?
If your portfolio isn't updating, check that your API key has the correct permissions and is active. Also ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your API key, or contact our support team for assistance.
Can I use the app offline?
The app requires an internet connection to fetch real-time market data and generate AI recommendations. However, you can view previously loaded data and recommendations for a limited time when offline. We recommend keeping the app connected for the best experience.
