By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

2. Service Description

• Integration with cryptocurrency exchanges (such as Binance)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Binance Integration

If you choose to connect your Binance account:

• You grant us permission to access your account data via Binance API
• You must ensure your API keys have appropriate permissions (read-only recommended)
• We encrypt and securely store your API credentials
• You remain solely responsible for all trades executed on your Binance account
• We are not affiliated with Binance and are not responsible for any Binance service issues

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Premium Features

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prices subject to change with notice
• No refunds for partial periods

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds are subject to their respective policies.

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Arthak d.o.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arthak d.o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading activities and decisions

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App. Upon termination:

• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
• You will lose access to all premium features
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods
• You must separately cancel any active subscriptions through your app store

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your payment method fails
• We discontinue the service

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We may notify you via email or in-app notification
• Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, through the competent courts in Slovenia

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arthak d.o.o. regarding the use of the App.
