Your privacy matters. Learn how to delete your account and personal data

Request Account Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Open the Crypto AI Advisor app and navigate to your Profile screen.

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option in the menu and tap on it.

Review the warning information and confirm your decision. Your account and all data will be immediately deleted upon confirmation.

If you prefer, you can also email us at agent@crypto-ai-advisor.com with a deletion request, and we'll handle it manually.

Account Information: Email address (encrypted), password (hashed), profile data
API Keys: Binance API keys and secret keys (encrypted)
Portfolio Data: Manual balance information (encrypted), currency holdings
Trading Preferences: Personalized trading parameters and settings
App Settings: Notification preferences, trading alerts, custom configurations
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens and device identifiers
User Activity: News reading times, interesting currencies, user-specific market digests

⚠️ All data is deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Billing Records: Payment history and subscription records (7 years for tax compliance)
Security Logs: Login attempts and security events (1 year for fraud prevention)
Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-personal usage statistics (indefinitely)
Legal Compliance: Data required by law or regulatory requirements

Account data, API keys, portfolio information, and personal preferences are deleted immediately upon account closure.

Maximum time to process and complete your deletion request, including verification and system cleanup.

Security logs and fraud prevention data are retained for one year to protect against unauthorized access.

Billing and payment records are retained for seven years to comply with tax and financial regulations.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll need to create a new account if you want to use our services again.

Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel active subscriptions. Cancel through your app store before deletion.

We recommend revoking your Binance API keys from your exchange account before requesting deletion for added security.
